Pippers America ships within the United States & Overseas.

Standard Shipping Rates:
Orders shipped by Standard USPS service should be delivered within 5 business days. Saturday delivery is available with an up charge. If a specific receiving date is required please Email or Call with specific instructions.

Express Shipping Rates:
Express shipping is available for an additional fee. This fee is in addition to the standard shipping charge. Please see chart for additional fees.

Overseas Shipping Rates:
We ship overseas USPS. The cost is based on size, weight and value of the package. We charge $30 for each $100 in clothes value.

Exchanges or Returns

Pippers America exchange and return policy-
Internet/Catalog sales, will receive a full refund, exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase, excluding Special Order merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Previously worn merchandise may not be returned. ALL SALES MERCHANDISE IS A FINAL SALE.

  • Place items you’d like to exchange in a suitable shipping box.
  • Enclose a copy of the original invoice with a description of what you would like in exchange.

Pippers does not provide return postage. We encourage you to choose a shipper that will provide a tracking number.
